The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast

The Old Rectory is situated on the corner of Swaynes Close and Belle Vue Road in Salisbury. This is one way so needs to be approached from Swaynes Close or Wyndham Terrace (see map below).

From London and the M3

From London and the M3

Take M3 to A303.
Continue along A303 until the A343 turn off (signed to Salisbury). The A343 becomes the A30 - follow this road into Salisbury.
Follow signs to Salisbury and the city centre - you will pass the BP garage on your right. Through small set of traffic lights with the cemetery on your right.
Over a small bridge, as you approach lights at large roundabout you need to get into the right lane of traffic.
Take the third exit off this roundabout, so at next set of lights ON roundabout you need to be in left lane and turn left. (The road goes back on itself and follows a small row of shops along - this is Estcourt road.
Take second right, College Street, past swimming pool and second left following the wall along Wyndham Terrace.
Turn right at the end and The Old Rectory is directly opposite you.

From Portsmouth and Southampton

Take the A36.
On approaching Salisbury you will go over a small roundabout with a large Tesco, superstore to your right.
On approaching next roundabout get into the right hand lane, Salisbury College is on your right. Turn right off this roundabout into Churchill Way East. Past the turning to the car park, then go left into slip road and almost immediately right (signed to College Street and the swimming pool) into Estcourt Road. You are now running parallel with the main Churchill Way East. Turn into the first road on your left, College Street. Past the swimming pool, following along the wall and turning left into Wyndham Terrace which is a narrow little road, follow the wall along to the end of the road and turn right at the end - you will see us directly opposite you at this point.

From the West

Take the A303 east.
Turn right onto the A36 towards Salisbury.
Follow signs to Salisbury through Wilton. You will come into Salisbury at a roundabout with the Wilton Arms pub to your right. At this roundabout take the 2nd road off along Churchill Way West, straight along here to the next roundabout. (Past Waitrose store on your left). Get into the right hand lane as you approach the roundabout, you need to turn right here under a bridge into Castle Street. The second road on your left is where you turn left by a Toyota garage into Wyndham Road. Follow this road up and turn right into Swaynes Close (2nd on the right). You will find us on the corner of Swaynes Close and Belle Vue Road.

Alternatively

The A35/A354 via Blandford, following signs to Salisbury.
As you enter the city you will come over a couple of smaller roundabouts before seeing the Cathedral wall ahead of you, at this roundabout turn right into Churchill Way South, (3rd exit off roundabout). Follow this road along to the next roundabout, which you go straight over into Churchill Way East. Past the turning to the car park, then go left into slip road (signed to College Street) and almost immediately right into Estcourt Road. You are now running parallel with the main Churchill Way East. Turn into the first road on your left, College Street. Past the swimming pool, following along the wall and turning left into Wyndham Terrace which is a narrow little road, follow the wall along to the end of the road and turn right at the end - you will see us directly opposite you at this point.
